To determine your size, measure your wrist. For a snug fit, add half an inch. For a looser fit add one inch. For example, if your wrist measures 6.5 inches and you would like a snug fitting bracelet, order a size 7. If you would like a looser fit, order a size 7.5. If you are unsure what size to order, please message me and I will gladly assist you.

Please avoid getting your crystal and gemstone jewellery wet. Do not bathe or swim with them. Remove them off before getting your hands wet. Prevent them from coming into contact with lotions, creams, perfumes and chemicals. These products will alter their finish and deteriorate the elastic.

Will my bracelet break?

Your bracelet is carefully handmade to last. Please follow the care instructions. Stretch bracelets are meant to be rolled over your hand to put on and take off. Do not pull or overstretch your bracelet. Treat your gemstone jewelry with care and it will last. I use premium stretch cord and surgeon knot all bracelets. I apply jewelry glue to the knots and allow the glue to cure 24 hours before trimming. If by chance your bracelet does break, I will restring it at no charge. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I exchange my bracelet?

I will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for resizing. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are beautifully wrapped ready for gifting or for you to enjoy. A gift wrapping upgrade is available if you would like your order wrapped extra special.

How does my order ship?

All orders except Wish Bracelets, are shipped securely in a box and polymailer. Wish Bracelets are shipped in a bubble mailer. Most domestic orders are shipped as untracked, standard mail via Canada Post. Tracking can be added as a shipping upgrade. Orders to U.S. destinations ship as small, tracked packet. All other international destinations ship as small packet. Custom orders and orders that are shipped with tracking are the responsibility of the postal service. Please note, once mailed, I am not held responsible for delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number.

Each crystal set includes a set of seven tumbled and/or raw natural crystals and an intention card chosen just for you. (The intention card shown is an example of the card you will receive.) Your crystals will be chosen with love and positive intention, cleansed with Sage, individually wrapped and labelled, and packaged in an organza bag. Your intention card will be sealed in a cello bag and wrapped. You will recieve information cards describing the metaphysical properties of each crystal. Your crystal set will be thoughtfully wrapped, ready for gifting.
If you would like crystals for specific intentions, please add them in the personalization box when ordering.

The healing crystals in these sets are natural, genuine, responsibly sourced stones. They are small to medium in size, varying from .75" to 2.0"” depending on the stone.
