All Miclair products are shipped to you from the US via a secure, tracked shipping method. Miclair only ships on business days (Monday - Friday) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

We hope you love your Miclair products as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any or all products, you have 7 days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions have been met.

Please note that products must be returned unused and undamaged.

Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. We apologize - you must bear the shipping return costs, which are nonrefundable.

Before returning your products, please message us within 7 days after delivery to inform us which products you would like to return. Proper care of your jewelry will prolong its life: Do not wear when playing sports, swimming, or cleaning.

Chemicals or excessive wear can cause discoloration, indentation, and loose, or chipped stones.

Store your jewelry in a pouch it came in away from natural sunlight and heat.

Our materials don't mix well with moisture. Avoid contact with water, lotion and perfume.

To clean your jewelry you can wipe them with a lightly wet cloth and soap. proceed by drying off your jewelry with a dry cloth directly after.
