What size bracelet should I order?

To ensure that your bracelet fits perfectly, please measure your wrist and get a fitted measurement. Add 1/4 to 1/2 inch to that measurement and you will have your bracelet size. Bracelet sizes are listed-NOT wrist sizes. For a loose fit go up to one inch bigger.

Do you use real gemstones / Is your shungite jewelry genuine?

Unless otherwise stated as "colour enhanced" all of the gemstones in Kazzy Stone jewelry are genuine. I have developed trusted sources over the years for high quality beads to use in my jewelry. Shungite is tested for conductivity before using.

I can ship to most countries worldwide as long as there is tracking available. I used a company called Chit Chats Canada which partners with regional postal services for the last leg of the journey. For example, if you order from the USA, it will be delivered by USPS fully tracked after being handed off from Chit Chats Canada.

I received my bracelet but it's too big or too small. What can be done?

Although I do everything possible to ensure customers order the right size, occasionally buyers order the incorrect size without measuring their wrists. I will resize bracelets for free and send back to the buyer; however, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs to ship the bracelet back to Canada for resizing. I do not send replacement bracelets free of charge if you have chosen the incorrect size. Please measure your wrist to ensure you get a perfect fit.

Bracelet Sizing with Kazzy Stone Getting the right fit matters. Here’s how it works: Flat measurement vs. wrist measurement If you order a 6.5 inch bracelet, the actual flat measurement will be about 6.75 inches. This little extra accounts for the natural curve of the beads around your wrist, so the bracelet doesn’t feel tight. Half sizes Most of our bracelets come in half-inch increments (6.0, 6.5, 7.0, etc.). This helps keep things as close to your true size as possible. Symmetrical designs Because many Kazzy bracelets are symmetrical, sometimes one bead needs to be added for the design to “flow.” In those cases, I will always err on the side of adding a bead rather than taking one away—this ensures comfort and a better fit.

How do I measure to find my bracelet size?

How to Measure Your Wrist Wrap a soft tape measure (or a strip of paper/string you can measure against a ruler) just above your wrist bone where the bracelet will sit. Record that number—this is your wrist size. For a comfortable fit, add about ½ inch. For a looser fit, add up to 1 inch.

Do you take custom orders?

Came in a nice package. The bracelet is very pretty. However, the stone was too strong for our daughter and Cassandra was very nice to accommodate our request in changing to other stones.
