Customizable: Because each ring is handcrafted to order, we can customize yours using unique materials, gemstones, or design features, often without any added cost! We can even use personal materials that you send! Basic customizations (material swaps, etc…) can be accommodated by simply adding a request in the “Custom Requests” section during checkout. WHAT IS MOSS AGATE?

Moss agate is a semi-precious stone that is well known for its green-colored filaments that appear to "creep" along the inside of the stone, similar to the look of moss. Each stone is different and will vary in appearance, which makes the stone in each ring extremely unique! A specific look in a stone cannot be replicated, as these are not lab-created stones, so please realize that the stone used in your ring will not look the same as the stone in the listing photos.

The color of the "white space" in the stone itself can also vary greatly - anywhere murky and cream-colored, to almost being clear and see-through. We cannot control the outcome of these stones and we do not offer free stone replacements due to the aesthetic and natural variation that will occur.

We provide the option of receiving a free ring sizing kit at the time of purchase, and this option offers one free resize in the event your ring doesn't fit! Our tungsten and ceramic rings are COMFORT fit, not standard fit, and there are some size and ring width restrictions. Please see our Sizing Guidelines for more information.

All of our women's engagement rings include one lifetime resize! We understand that many want to keep the fact that they're ordering the ring for their partner a secret, so we offer one free resize regardless of whether the free ring sizing kit was used or not. If a ring tracer or ring guard was bought at the same time as the engagement ring, you will also receive one free resize for those as well.

**Please be aware that selecting the free ring sizer will delay the production of your ring as your order will be pending until we process your ring size.**

CARE GUIDELINES
Any ring which contains natural materials such as antler, crushed turquoise, wood, etc. will need to be kept away from water and chemicals as much as possible. While we do apply a protective coating, water and harsh chemicals such as hand sanitizer will cause the sealant to deteriorate at a much quicker rate! We do accept returns and exchanges as long as we are contacted within 15 days of receiving the ring, and the ring arrives in perfect condition. What Is Covered & Included?

With the purchase of our extended lifetime warranty, you can contact us at any point to receive a free resize on your ring as long as you opted to use our free ring sizer at the time of purchase! If you did not use the free ring sizer option but purchased our extended lifetime warranty, you can still receive 60% off a new ring in the size needed in exchange for the original ring.

Cancellation of Order

If contacted within the first 24 hours of an order being placed, we will fully refund the order. If contacted after 24 hours but before the order ships, and the extended warranty was purchased, we will refund the full cost of the order minus the warranty cost. Without the extended warranty we will retain a 30% restocking fee.

**Men's/Unisex rings ordered in a 13 or larger are subject to an additional charge to account for extra material used to craft the ring. Women's rings which are purchased in silver or gold are subject to this additional charge if ordered in a size 9 or larger. Once your order has been placed we will send you an invoice.**
