Yes, I would love to work with you to make a custom, as long as you have either a clear idea of what you'd like, or it pertains to something already listed. Example would be: change in color or flavor of an Ice Cream Cone Necklace, Macaron Jewelry, Charm, etc. There will be a $5 charge for any item change of flavor/color, but if it's an previously made, out of stock item, let me know because I may have it just not listed on the shop, and there will be no extra charge for that!

As they are custom, there is no refunds, exchanges, or cancellation after completion.

Unless you know exactly what you want, I will make changes or add/remove at my discretion. I want to make something you'll love and be proud of, and sometimes that requires tweaks to make something work.
Of course if you know exactly what you want, how you want it done, and the details you want included, it will be done to your specifications to the best of my ability. I will be honest and straightforward with you if something will not work, but I want to bring your ideas to life, so we will figure it out! I love making new items and bringing your ideas to fruition, so don't hesitate to contact me if you have an idea!

Custom order payment is due prior to us starting the item. After we have an concept, I'll send you a quote and make a listing for you to purchase.
Pricing: If the item is already made and you'd like to just change the color or flavor there's a $5 charge added to the price of the original item.
If the item is not pre-made, the price will vary depending on estimated time it takes to produce, and amount of clay or other items. I will give you an estimate after we have a solid idea of what you'd like.
*Since the items are custom, they cannot be used in sales, discounts, or coupons. However, other items in the shop purchased with the custom can be discounted, message me for details.

Candle tips:
1) Keep your wick trimmed between 1/8"-1/4", it will have trouble staying lit if the wick is too long.
2) Let your candle burn and the wax melt to the edge of the container, this will prolong your candle burning time. We've timed it to take between 2-3 hours to reach the container.
3)Your candle will start its melting uneven if it has wax embeds or frosting. It'll even out once it melts the top layer.
4) Frosting is vanilla scented in every candle, no matter the actual candle scent. So be patient with your candle, once it melts past the frosting it'll get to the vibrant scent you're looking for. Enjoy the yummy vanilla frosting until then!
5) Wax embeds might bleed their color. We don't have a fix for this it just happens.

Stir Stick Care Instructions:
1) Please don't put your Stir Sticks in the dishwasher. We've done it, it didnt seem to hurt them, but it is a possibility that it will loosen something.
2) Wash with the soft part of the sponge and soap and water. Don't be tough on your Stir Stick Toppers! They will scratch, and we want to keep them as beautiful as long as possible!
3) As these are used in drinks, they are non-returnable. However if a topper falls off or something happens, contact me and I can tell you how to fix your item. Most of the time it's a simple fix, so no need to throw out a good item!
