Do you accept returns?

The only time that returns are accepted is when a mold is defective. In this case, a return label will be sent to your email. Please contact us within 3 days after receiving your order if you have any problems with it! Used molds are not eligible for returns. We are not responsible for user errors. Please follow your resin's specifications and instructions to void damaging molds! All returns need to be received within 2 weeks since the return label is issued. If there are additional damages to a mold other than what was discussed when it arrives, a 30% fee will be taken.

How about replacements?

What to do if my package is showing as "delivered" but I don't have it?

Sometimes packages are delivered to the wrong address. Please check with your family members and your neighbors to see if they have your package! Give it some time. Occasionally the post office scans packages ahead of time. So even if their website says your package is "delivered" , it doesn't show up until several days later. If none of the above works, please contact your post office for help. Unfortunately after a package leaves my hands, I have no control over its delivery. If a package is stolen, please file a police report with your local police department because I cannot offer a refund on stolen packages.

When do I expect to hear back from you after sending you a message?

Messages are answered during weekdays only and within 48 hours after they are received. That does not include weekends and holidays.

These rectangle block molds are 3” deep. They come in two sizes:

- small: 8” x 6”

- medium: 11” x 8”

All molds are made with high quality platinum cure silicone that is suitable for casting resin or concrete. Molds with this material are made to last, however, molds will degrade over time/usage. There are many factors that determine how fast a mold degrades. Here are several things to take into consideration:

- Heat wears molds out. Using a torch on molds will damage them. Please stay away from using heat on molds!

- Slow curing resins place greater stress on molds.

- Mold releases extend a mold's life.

- Pouring thicker than the resin's recommended depth may damage molds due to heat from the exothermic reaction.

- Bubbles formed on the surface of a mold (especially 3D molds) can scrape the molds during the demolding process. Please make sure that there are no bubbles on mold's surface.

- Overstretching molds might cause permanent damage to them.

While we can help troubleshoot problems and provide advice, we do not offer returns/exchanges on used items. Please refer to our policy (located at the bottom of our page) for more information!
