All Blankets are customized for each individual person. All blankets are based on the individual"s size and weight. Personalization can be ordered for an additional cost.

When picking up your XLG weighted animals, please use care by picking up in the middle and not by the arms or legs. Picking up by the arms and legs can cause stress under the arms and legs because of the weight causing the stitching to come undone. If this happens you may use a Ladder stitch and upholstery thread to fix. Tutorials on ladder stitches can be easily found on google when you search "ladder stitch"

Machine wash in cold water with NO fabric softener. Tumble dry low. Check washing machine weight limits before washing. Adding a few towels may help distribute the weight more evenly.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska AND PR will have additional shipping fees IF YOU ORDERED A LARGE ANIMAL OR BLANKET. Please contact me for details on how to order if you live in those three states. If you have already ordered and live in Hawaii or Alaska, or PR I will not be able to ship until additional shipping fees have been paid. I will contact you to set up payment options for the additional shipping fees.

Some are concerned with the pricing increase. In order to keep my shop promotable by Etsy and easily searchable by everyone, I needed to offer free shipping due to the change in Etsy's policies. For repeat customers if you look at your previous receipts you will see you are actually paying the same amount as you did before if not a little cheaper.

All Weight is distributed evenly in the body, limbs and head of each animal. All weight is protectively put into pouches and then inserted in animal to keep the beads from leaking out. Rest assured you will not be cleaning up residue from your animal. :)

When the Holidays approach my queue becomes very full. Please check processing times before ordering. Plan to order Christmas gifts by the middle to end of October. All information on Processing times will be listed in Shop Announcements on the main page of my shop.

Yes! From February thru October I do offer Expedited Processing for an additional $30. This ensures that your item will ship within 5-7 business days.
November - January I do not offer the expedited processing in order to be fair to those already waiting in my queue. I do however offer Professionally Printed Christmas Cards to give to your recipient on Christmas Day. This ensures they have something to open on Christmas Day letting them know that an Animal or a Blanket is coming soon.
