Can I return my item?

If you change your mind and need to return an item it must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Unless we made a mistake, you are responsible for the cost of return. DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OF EARRINGS.

Can I return a personalised name or initial necklace?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for personalised items. Please double check your personalisation when ordering.

Can I exchange my item?

Do you accept cancellations?
