Returns and Exchanges

We no longer offer returns or exchanges on our merchandise. Please see individual item details for more info. This is in compliance with standard Etsy settings/seller options. Please do not purchase if you have any doubts or ask questions prior to purchasing.

SHIPPING RATES (and handling charges)

Shipping is automatically calculated by Etsy for distance, weight, bulk, and LABOR/HANDLING. Labor/handling is the time it takes to pick, cut, pack, and ship your order. Larger orders take more time to fill and sometimes need more than one person to fill them. Hence, they incur larger handling charges than smaller orders. USA SHOPPERS: Shipping includes duties/tariffs and WILL NOT be reduced. They are based on the RETAIL VALUE of your order, not your location. The bigger the order value, the more you will be charged at shipping, as is logical. We ship through Post NL (with tracking) and average transit time is 6-10 business days.

About Our Cutting Process

Fabric is cut "straight" according to how the fabric is put up on the bolt by the manufacturer, not following the design or print on the fabric. This is standard practice in all quilt shops. As such, blocked patterns may not be cut exactly on the line or straight due to how the fabric is rolled on the bolts. So if you want to use the full cut in a blocked piece, please consider purchasing extra fabric. We won't provide refunds or exchanges for this reason. When cuts appear uneven or have ragged edges, rest assured we have measured in YOUR favor. You will always have a little bit extra so that the cut you paid for is what you receive.

Do you ship to the EU/EEA?

Items listed AFTER Dec. 13th, 2024 are ineligible for shipment to the EU or EEA states. WE do not ship to Germany due to the packaging laws. Any orders shipped to Germany will be immediately canceled and refunded.

The U.S. Administration has announced that they will impose a 15% tariff on all imports regardless of Country of Origin, as of 12:01 am ET on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, using Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974.

Shipping and Processing Times

We ship via a 3rd party shipping provider which helps us to keep your costs lower ♥ However that means that your items could be in transit up to a week longer than specified by Etsy's ESTIMATE. Please keep that in mind when ordering. Our processing time is up to 10 business days. Shipping/transit times for your package begin AFTER the processing time. When tracking is available, you will be notified by Etsy, so make sure to check your SPAM folder if you don't see the notice in your inbox. Please do not hesitate to write if you have any questions ♥
