The item itself was fine. Unfortunately, when I opened the package I was overwhelmed with cigarette smoke. It wasn’t just the exterior of the box, but the bubble wrap and the mug itself. When I messaged the seller asking for a discount I was told it was outside of her control. The mug is cute but so are others, so I would suggest finding another seller with better customer service.
