Returns will not be accepted, however if item is damaged during/due to use, you may exchange it for a new one. Please message with details of the problem as specific solutions may be determined on a case to case basis. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, and seller is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping.

Custom orders may be available at seller's discretion. If you are interested in having an item customized, please contact BEFORE checking out to ensure that your requests can be fulfilled. Custom orders incur a customization fee to be determined by the seller and it is required that you add the customization option to your cart before checkout in order to have your request fulfilled. Custom orders may include: embossed text on an item, changes to dimensions of a product to better fit your needs, or new item design. If you request to have dimensions changed on a product, the shop can no longer guarantee that the piece will function correctly for it's originally intended purpose.

Gift wrapping is not currently available. Message seller if you have specific requests regarding gift wrapping, though it is not guaranteed that those requests can be met, or met without an additional charge.

All items from this shop are packaged using a minimal amount of extra materials such as plastic bags or wraps in order to minimize waste. Some additional packing material will be used if it is necessary to protect the product during shipping.

Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours of purchase. If you have entered the wrong address or would like to add something to your order, please contact me and I will be happy to help you resolve the issue :) Please feel free to message me with any other questions regarding cancellation. If an agreement is made about a cancellation or adjustment, you may be liable for any costs for lost material or packaging (changing order after it has been packed in non-reusable packaging).

Unless you specify in your order that you would like separate shipping, if we have two orders that are placed under the same name and with the same shipping address, they will be combined to reduce waste of extra shipping materials.

No. We no longer sell any of our files due to problems with other individuals attempting to resell our designs or print and sell items from our files. We appreciate the interest and hope to help in any way we can, but we do take this violation of our policies and Etsy’s policies very seriously.
