Custom and personalized orders

We do not customize our bases. Bases will arrive as it is offered in our retail store. i.e. if it is scented as Lavender it will ship as Lavender. We do offer our Feminine Wash as unscented for your scenting preference

We do not accept returns on our products. We strongly encourage you to purchase from our retail shop before committing to larger sizes. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order and we can discuss the issue

Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking, which should show its status with 24-48 hours. We are not responsible for your package once it leaves our facility. If your package is lost/late you will need to contact the shipping carrier.

Due to the handmade and natural raw ingredients of our products, many of our bases of temperature sensitive. If you live in a warmer area please be sure to keep up with tracking your order so that it is not sitting out in the heat for an extended period of time once it is delivered. Please continuously keep track of your item once shipped to ensure that your item is delivered to you without issue. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages damaged by the carrier
