Simply Cherish items are made to order. Our 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝟮 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀 and begins once your order details are finalized and mockup approval is received (if applicable). After your order ships, 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝟰–𝟲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗦 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱. Shipping transit time is separate from processing time and does not include weekends or holidays. If you need your order sooner, rush processing and expedited shipping are available as separate add-ons. Please refer to the next FAQ for full details.

We offer 𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 and 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 as separate add-ons. • 𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 speeds up production only • 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 speeds up transit time only after your order ships For the fastest delivery, add both rush processing AND expedited shipping at checkout. Rush processing options range from 1–3 business days, and expedited shipping typically delivers within 2–4 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates only and are handled by the carrier.

⭐ Do you provide mockups?

Yes! 𝗠𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘂𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆. Once your order is placed, your mockup will be sent via Etsy messages for review and approval. Production will begin only after mockup approval is received. Delays in approval may delay your overall processing timeline, so we recommend reviewing and responding as soon as possible. Mockups are not created prior to purchase.

⭐ Can I cancel my order or make changes?

Cancellations may be requested within 𝟮𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿, as long as production has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production or a mockup has been approved, cancellations or changes are no longer possible. Because all items are custom and made to order, 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.

⭐ What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen after shipment. If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.

⭐ What if I receive the wrong item or there’s an issue with my order?

If you receive an order with a spelling error, missing item, incorrect item, or damage, please contact us within 𝟭𝟱 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 and include clear photos of the issue. If the error is determined to be on our end, we will happily offer a replacement or refund. If the item was damaged during transit, the issue must be resolved through an Etsy claim, as shipping carriers are responsible for damage that occurs after an order leaves our studio. Requests submitted after the 15-day window or without photo documentation may not be eligible for resolution.

⭐ Will you offer price adjustments if a sale starts later?

We do not offer price adjustments for orders placed prior to a sale or promotion. The price paid at checkout reflects the item’s price at the time your order was placed.

⭐ Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Each Simply Cherish piece is made from natural wood, which means no two items are exactly alike. Variations in wood grain, tone, knots, and engraving depth are normal and expected, and are part of the beauty of working with real wood. These natural characteristics are not considered defects, but rather make each piece uniquely yours.

Omg, the name plaque is soooooo cute and just as pictured. The seller sends you a mockup so you can see exactly how it will look and waits for approval before processing. I really appreciate how it came wrapped in a nice protective plastic so I can unwrap it when ready and keep it clean until baby's arrival. I added express shipping and item got processed and sent out in 3 days as promised then I just had to wait for the shipping time which was another few days :) 10/10 would definitely buy again and recommend to any mothers looking for a cute addition for baby's room or announcement photos! <3
