What formats do you supply with the download?

For EMBROIDERY, a .ZIP file which contains the following formats: EMD DST EXP JEF PES VP3 VIP HUS XXX For any other formats please leave a message, I will supply the specific format. For CUTTING and PRINTING, the .Zip file contains: JPEG PNG SVG EPS DXF

What is the stitch count and size of a specific design?

Most of my designs have the worksheet photo listed with the other photos. If it isn't listed, please contact me via message, I respond ASAP.

Why my Silhouette Studio can't open an SVG cut file?

If you have the Basic software, it can't open SVG files only DFX. In that case, please contact me and I help.

I can't download the files I purchased. Can you help, what should I do?

You can't download from Etsy App, you must open Etsy in a browser. Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the Purchases and reviews section of your Etsy account. But only from a browser, not from Etsy App.

This is a digital file, no item will be posted. You need an embroidery machine to embroider it.
It is recommended for use on black or very dark grey fabric, if embroidered on a lighter fabric you should fill the black background. It can be embroidered with or without the year, just skip the first blue thread. When embroidered on black, the first 3 colors can be skipped so you'll embroider only the car. Your choice. Please check the photos for reference and the worksheets on the left.
Please only buy it if you are not a beginner.
Feel free to use the design in projects you stitch. You’re also welcome to sell items made
with the design but please don’t share or sell the digital file, either modified or in the original
format. Basically, you are licensed to use the design but I still own it.
