*The blue lines in your templates are only visible and in place as a guide to show the bleed lines and where image clipping may occur. Make sure anything important is placed inside the blue guidelines. The vertical blue guide lines show where folding will occur once book is printed and bound.

FCBM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.Usage
Templates created and designed by Foto Creations by M are sold with the sole purpose of you, the buyer, inserting your photos into the template and selling as a finished printed copy to your clients. The templates may not be referred to or listed in ANY FORM on any online marketplace including, but not limited to Etsy, Amazon, Ebay, or Craftsy. You are allowed to post the finished designs for display only on your social networking pages as well as your personal website. The layered PSD templates MAY NOT be resold or redistributed in any way. PROOFS may be sent to your clients as flattened .jpg files as long as the low-resolution .jpg measures no more than 500 pixels at its longest length and contains the word "PROOF" on the image. Full-size .jpg files MAY NOT be redistributed.

3. Accepted Forms of Payment
My etsy shop accepts payment via Paypal or Direct Checkout through Etsy. Please note that if payment is made with an e-check you will not receive your product(s) until the payment clears, which may be a few days depending on your financial institution and Paypal.

4. Shipping Information
Once your payment is received a link to access your files and download them will be sent within 48 hours to the email connected with your Etsy and/or Paypal account. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox folder. If you do not receive the email containing the links within the 48 hours please contact me at fotocreationsbym [@] live.com and I'll re-send them.

5. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. I do not accept any returns or offer any refunds. Upon payment, you are acknowledging that all products in my shop are non-refundable and not returnable, under any circumstances.

It is assumed that you have complete working knowledge of photoshop for using these templates and thus Foto Creations by M will not provide technical support in regards to using the templates. If you have any problems opening the templates themselves you are more than welcome to contact me in regards to issues directly pertaining to the template itself.
