HOW DO I ACCESS A TEMPLATE I'VE PURCHASED?

An email from Corjl is sent to the email address that is associated with your Etsy account with a link to access your template. Please be sure the email Etsy has on file is correct and don't forget to check your spam folder if you are unable to locate the email. If you are unable to locate your Corjl email, you can still access your template by going to corjl.com/orders. Follow the directions and enter your Etsy order ID which can be found on the order receipt in your Etsy account. You’ll then be prompted to create a Corjl account where you can access your purchased template and begin personalizing right away.

WHAT CAN OR CANNOT BE EDITED?

Each template is unique and unless otherwise noted in the listing description, the following items CAN BE EDITED: • Text can be edited for wording, font, color, and size. • Backgrounds can be edited for color, deleted or new ones added • Upload your own image • Add a back side WHAT CAN'T BE EDITED: • Overall size of document • Orientation of document • Color, size and placement of some original artwork pieces such as floral bouquets.

HOW DO I FORMAT MULTIPLE TEMPLATES ON A PAGE?

To format the file with multiple cards on a page, you will need to adjust the settings when downloading the PDF file. First click on the download button in the top right and select PDF. Then make sure to select "SHOW TRIM MARKS" and "PRINT MULTIPLES PER PAGE IF POSSIBLE" options to format as many templates it can fit on a 8.5"x11 or A4 page.

ARE THERE DIFFERENT FONT OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM?

Yes! The fonts shown in the listing image will automatically appear when you open your template. There is no need to install any fonts. You can also change to any of the fonts available - we offer tons!!!!

As a rule of thumb, PDF's are used to print at home or a print shop, JPG files are typically used at photo labs and PNG files are for social media sharing or email.
