We are currently working at a 4-6 week turnaround for wedding invitations and a 2-3 week turnaround for all other stationery. Please ensure you make note of our current turnaround times before placing your order to ensure your stationery will arrive for the date required.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer rush orders at this time.

Before they are sent to print, a digital mockup for all wedding invitations and table plans will be sent through Etsy messenger for you to approve, allowing you to make sure you are happy with the design or request any alterations you may wish to make.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your proof has been approved we are unable to make changes to the design, including removing or adding guests to table plans.

In general, we do not send proofs for welcome boards, save the dates, menus, or our order of events signs, however, if you wish to receive a mockup for any of the above before your order is sent to print we are more than happy to do this for you.

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, if the design process has have begun, we will be able to accept your cancellation, however, only a 70% refund will be issued and a 30% design fee will be retained. If your order has been printed/made, or your proof has been approved, I'm afraid we cannot accept any cancellations.
