All my items are handmade to order. Standard order processing time is 4 weeks but at busy periods it may take up to 6 weeks before your item is shipped to you. Please note that estimated shipping date provided at the checkout is for guidance only and is not guaranteed. If you require your item to be processed faster don't hesitate to contact me as I may be able to arrange my workload to accommodate your request

*Items shipped within UK are posted 1st class and normally delivered within 1-2 working days. Orders over £35 are shipped using 1st class signed for service; Wedding cake toppers and orders over £50 are shipped by Special Delivery as standard

*Items shipped to Europe are normally delivered within 1-2 weeks; wedding cake toppers and orders over £35 are shipped using tracked service as standard.

*Items shipped overseas should normally be delivered within 2-4 weeks; wedding cake toppers and orders over £35 are shipped using tracked service as standard.

Shipping upgrades are available for orders up to £35

The above time frames are what Royal Mail strives to achieve, but they rely on postal services around the world, which means that unfortunately they can’t offer a guaranteed delivery time, and they can’t compensate for delays or missing Track & Trace information.
