Some pointers to keep in mind:

✶ Hours of some services may vary depending on your requirement. For an accurate quote, please contact us before you place the order.

✶ If we proceed with the above order, to complete the above services, we will require your website's username and password. For security reasons, for WordPress we suggest creating a new username and password just for support. In some cases, we might even require your hosting/FTP username and password in case of 'Fatal Errors' issues with the website. For Shopify, we recommend adding us as Staff for the period we will be working on the website.

✶ Due to the nature of the work, no refunds or exchanges will be entertained. But should you have any issue with our work, we will try to resolve them asap.
