Fabric items: gentle spot cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. Air dry.

Wood items: wipe with a dry cloth.

The fabric item you receive will look very similar to what is shown. It will be made with the exact same fabric you see in the listing, but pattern placement will vary.

Pattern placement refers to the placement of specific motifs, designs, or patterns that are present on the fabric(s) of each product.

I cannot guarantee the placement of the fabric designs or motifs on your item will exactly match the pictured item as each cut of fabric for each item will be a little different.

Please note that fabric colors may differ in person due to variations in devices and screens.

Please note that if you are located outside of the US you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply when you purchase a physical item from my shop. VAT, JCT, GST, Customs and any other extra mail charges are not included in the physical item price or shipping cost. I am not a VAT registered seller. Yes. To return your product, please contact us first. Please contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please use the original packaging when possible. We must receive your return within 30 days from the date you received your order.

We are not responsible for lost packages. Once your package is scanned in to the shipper's system (UPS or USPS) we are no longer responsible for your package. Please contact me and I will help you to file a claim or file a claim on your behalf.

Please contact me within 5 business days of your order delivery if you are missing items or if the package or products you receive are damaged in any way. We are NOT responsible for damaged packages or products that are damaged during transit. Once your package is scanned in to the shipper's system (UPS or USPS) we assume no liability. Please take pictures of the damaged packaging as well as any damage to the products.
USPS: We will file the claim on your behalf.
UPS: All damage claims with UPS require an inspection of the box and product(s). We will file the claim on your behalf and UPS may contact you to set up a time to inspect the packaging and products or pick the package up.
