Custom and personalized orders

All orders can be customized! Everything is made to order- so feel free to reach out to me directly to answer any questions you may have on any custom orders and custom basket designs. Please note: *Design, Style and color of items photographed may be different then received, if a preferred item is wanted it needs to be communicated. +item seasonal availability with design, style and color+. All custom orders will be fulfilled in 7-14 business days. Once a shipping label is created custom order becomes non refundable- as well once address is submitted for a shipping label it is unable to be changed please be sure to provide correct address within 24-48 hours of placing your order to ensure delivery to correct address*

Gift wrapping and packaging

NOT ALL gift baskets come fully arranged- ALL breakable items will be wrapped individually to ensure they arrive safely to the final destination! All other non breakable items will be neatly arranged in the box! Each box is filled with elegant white tissue paper and dusted with gold and white crinkle paper before placing the custom gift message right on top. This is the big “aww” moment when your receiver opens the box to see their name and custom message just for them! Digging through the issue paper to all the fun basket items arranged below!

Unfortunately Etsy doesn’t have a return label option- if you wish to return an item you may create a shipping label with return address of WhoosArtKirkland 26606 Sand Ridge Road, Ocean Park WA. And message me the tracking number directly through Etsy messenger. Once I receive and confirm the tracking number I will immediately issue a full refund.

Each Gift Basket Design, Size and Style may vary from the photos in original listing. The photos in original listing are example photos of gift baskets of various themes fully arranged for product merchandising. Any special requests for exact items or to build a custom basket you may message me directly using ETSY messenger.

Broken Items During Transit

All gift baskets with breakable items will be wrapped individually to ensure it safely makes it to its destination during transit with a shipping carrier. If an item arrives broken please firstly reach out via direct message to me and I will replace the items I can at a small service charge. You can also file a claim with shipping carrier on their website using your tracking number- each package is insured with $100.00. As damage during shipping is out of my hands I will do my best as a small business owner to correct these inconveniences as I am fit to.
