All jewelry for Returns or Exchange must be returned unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Earrings are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.



Dekuki holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, thus we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.


If the buyer requests an exchange, the buyer must return the product prior to the exchange. The buyer is responsible for the shipping charges incurred on the new item.

We don’t accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We will always try to help you!

Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply at their country's borders. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs or issues with postal services.


We accept limited customization. There is a cost associated with the customization, which will be determined for each order.

International ring sizes can be converted to US ring sizes if needed. Conversion charts can be found on the internet or contact me and I can convert it for you.

A good rule of thumb for jewelry is “last on, first off”. Avoid contact with humidity, lotions, sunscreen, and beauty products as they can be harsh on the jewelry's materials.

Polish jewelry with a soft microfibre cloth and store in its original packaging to keep it looking its best.

Although acrylic jewelry is durable, it is still a delicate material. We recommend storing them in the original package.

Avoid showering or swimming with them!

We also recommend not sleeping with your earrings on!

We accept rush orders. The cost for a rush order will be CA$20 over the item price.
