Product of the ring is great, it came neatly packaged and care was taken to ensure it wouldn’t be damaged in transport. Fits as I expected, I ordered a size 6.5. I also received a free ring which was okay. It wasn’t something I chose, so the style isn’t really me, but it is good quality and the same size as the other one I did purchase. Shipping was a little longer than expected. I didn’t receive any updates on my order, or had an ETA of delay. I ordered about 2.5 weeks ago. The other ring I got from a different vendor arrived after 1 week so I was concerned why it was as late as it was. Customer service wasn’t pleasant. I originally wanted to cancel my order, but the vendor guilted me into keeping my order, which is why I got the free ring. They apologized later sincerely so I understood their good intent.
