For sommelier and cocktail mixologist Amanda Greenbaum, pouring cocktails should be an enjoyable and carefree experience. Fascinated by the wine and spirits industry from a young age, Greenbaum began making wine from grapes in the backyard of her family’s home in California at the age of 14.
