We work with Standard US sizes. We can offer a complimentary ring sizer once you’ve placed an order. Please get in touch with us if you’d like to use the sizer to confirm your ring size. Production will begin once you’ve confirmed the size.

All items are packaged in our soft to the touch - premium suede jewelry box, which is placed inside a hand-stiched Gift Bag. Ready for Gift Giving.

Each Cancellation or Return will attract a 5% Paypal Transaction Fee.

All unworn products are returnable within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-returnable Items:
- Exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt
- Custom/Personalized Items
- Worn, damaged, altered or not in its original condition
- Full Eternity Rings

Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.
Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund will be processed shortly.

We are happy to extend a layaway option to customers that wish to pay in installments. Please contact us if you would like to set up a layaway plan.

All layaway orders are subject to the following:
• A non-refundable deposit of 25%
• The customer is obligated to track payment progress
• 50% payment is required before made to order jewelry production can begin
• Full payment is required before items are shipped
• All items purchased through this program are considered final sale.
• Plans showing no payment progress within 6 months are subject to forfeit and items will be taken off hold.

Ring Sizing: $100 with the exception of Full Eternity Rings
Cleaning/Stone Check: $80
Replacement for broken/missing Diamonds: $35 for two pieces

To send item(s) for any of the above Care Services, please follow these simple steps:

1. Please get in touch with us to receive an authorization number and ship to address.
2. Pack the item(s) that need servicing and include a return label inside the package. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
3. Insure your package. You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a signature for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
4. Serviced items will be shipped back to you once payment has been completed in full.
