I am happy to accept custom and personalized order requests. Depending on the detail of the design, there may be an additional charge to the price of the merchandise.

Gift wrapping and packaging

At this time, I do not provide gift wrapping or special packaging for gifts. However, I can provide a packing slip with no pricing.

FOR MUGS, TRAVEL MUGS & WATER BOTTLES: In order to provide you the best rate available for shipping, we use what is called "last mile shipping". What this means is DHL e commerce brings your item to your local postal service who will carry your item the last mile to your desired destination. So please check the progress of your package at this link until tracking picks up at USPS.com: webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/ Tracking will pick up at USPS once DHL has handed the package of to your local center. This process takes 7-10 days, so please allow for that when placing your order.

The USPS will skip package scans when they are processing a lot of packages or when there are other issues, such as a pandemic or bad weather. Scanning is another step that adds to their processing time, and consequently, is skipped in order to more quickly move packages through the system. Further, we ship some items from the United Kingdom. While these packages are in transit from the UK to the US, the tracking information will not be updated. Additionally, these packages will often experience delays due to customs and sorting at local postal carriers. The packages also have to be sanitized. Please be patient, your item is on the way!
