This listing is a super fun add-on to your purchase and a GREAT way to expand your Bogg Bag accessory collection! You'll score FIVE (5) mystery slightly imperfect buttons for only $5! Each buttons has a tiny imperfection in it - be it a small squiggle or line, or just something very small that didn't quite pass our quality inspection. There is nothing in our mystery bin that I wouldn't put on my own Bogg Bag - we've got tons of great pieces that still deserve a shining spot on a bag! And, frankly, you just can't beat this price!
All items will be chosen at random by me - surprises are fun! Stock is very limited - so I can't always honor specific requests. I take into consideration the color of your Bogg Bag as well as any previous orders you've placed in our shop to see to it that you do not receive any duplicates.
PLEASE leave the color of your bag + any little details such as your home state, if you're a boy/girl/dog mom, sports fan, single letter initials, dog breeds, etc. to help guide me in my selection. Remember - I am limited on quantity and cannot fulfill specific requests!

Shipping Policy and FAQ:
Q: Which shipping option should I choose?
A: We HIGHLY recommend upgrading to Priority at checkout for the following reasons:
It insures your package up to $100 – meaning if your package is lost in the mail, the cost of the contents of your package are insured by USPS and will be covered. (Not covered by myself or Etsy!)
Priority packages typically arrive quicker than Ground Advantage
Q: If I qualify for free shipping by spending $35 or more, will it ship Priority?
A: No, all orders qualifying for free shipping will ship USPS Ground Advantage (First Class). Shipping upgrades must be purchased by the buyer at checkout.
Q: My package is lost in the mail or has stopped tracking. What do I do?
A: We absolutely hate when this happens. It’s an incredibly unfortunate part of dealing with USPS and it happens frequently. That being said, South Made Simple is NOT responsible for your package being lost, and is NOT responsible for issuing replacements or refunds. This is why we strongly recommend upgrading to Priority shipping to ensure your package is covered by insurance. Please understand – we cannot provide replacements or refunds for packages we did not lose. We put in the time and materials to create and package your purchases. Once they leave our hands, it is completely out of our control. We recommend opening up a case with USPS regarding your lost package. We cannot see any more information through tracking than you can.
Q: My package was marked as delivered but it is not in my mailbox/I cannot find it:
A: Again, we absolutely hate when this happens. It’s another unfortunate part of dealing with USPS. Reach out directly to your mail carrier AND your local post office to see if they have it. WE DO NOT HAVE IT, and we did not lose it. South Made Simple is not responsible for your package being lost or stolen, and we will not issue refunds or replacements for items we did not lose.
Q: I’m ordering something last minute and need it shipped ASAP. Can you do that?
A: Sure! You must select the “Rush My Order” listing and add it to your cart before checkout. A shipping upgrade will be required on all rushed orders. PLEASE do not leave a message on your invoice saying “Please ship ASAP” without first contacting me to see if it’s possible. ALL orders will ship in the order they’re received unless an upgrade is purchased.
Q: Help! I typed the wrong address at checkout but my order has already shipped. What do I do?
A: Once the package has shipped, it will likely be returned back to me by USPS and marked as undeliverable. Once it arrives back to me, the buyer will then need to repurchase another label to have the item reshipped. (Used labels cannot be reused – this is USPS policy, therefore another label purchase is required.) South Made Simple is not responsible for paying for a new label for you. Always check your information before checking out!
Q: My item arrived damaged in the mail. What do I do?
A: Please reach out to us ASAP to discuss getting a replacement. We will ask for a photo of the item as well as a photo of the package it came in.
