Our size chart are attached to the end of each product picture. You can also send your size measurement to ashabiluovuus@gmail.com if it differs from the chart. Sewing of 1" allowance and ease are included.

The processing time for each item differs, please check each item for more clarification.

All orders will be processed via Posti Parcel within Finland
International shipping

All orders are processed and shipped via DHL or POSTI. Customers will be provided with the necessary shipping details.

NOTE: Please allow 5-7 working days from the shipment date for the delivery.

We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination countries, please contact your local post office for more information related to customs duties and fees. Delays may occur due to customs.

Returns and exchange policies

Please note I do not accept returns or exchange on sale items and on intimate item.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we accept return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling fees to return the item. If the package did not get to us safely the refund will not be granted. Please get a tracking number on the returns in order to verify proof of delivery.

You can ONLY choose to have your refund as a store credit in which case the shipping of the new item is free of charge.

The finished garment are first packed tightly in a transparent waterproof bag and secondly packed in a polymailer in order to help reduce shipping cost.
