Where do the orders ship from?

All orders are shipped from Glendora, CA. This is NOT a drop shipping.

How long do orders normally get delivered?

Most orders deliver within 2-5 days. Our highest level of service is to our customer. Some delays and disruptions may occur not within our control (i.e.: weather, covid, carrier misplaced package etc).

What is the cut-off time for same day shipping?

Our cut-off time is 3:30PM PST. However, if you place orders after our cut-off time, simply send us a quick message. We’ll attempt to arrange same day shipping for you. Take advantage of our Pacific Standard Time zone!

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes, we offer UPS overnight shipping. The cut-off time is 3:30PM PST. For Saturday orders, your order will ship out on Monday.

Can I return or exchange the items?

We accept return of unopened items within 14days of receipt of products. Please message us if you have any issues with the order.

Do you ship on Saturday?

Yes, we ship orders on Saturday so you can get your order by Monday or Tuesday. Our cutoff time for Saturday shipping is 11amPST.

What are the shirts made of?

Our shirts are made from an 80% polyester / 20% cotton blend, giving you a soft cotton-like feel while still providing the high polyester content needed for sublimation.

Are these shirts good for sublimation?

Yes! The 80% polyester content works very well for sublimation and produces bright, vibrant designs while offering a softer and more breathable feel than many 100% polyester shirts.

Can I use DTF transfers on these shirts?

Absolutely. These shirts work great with DTF transfers, HTV, screen printing, and other common decorating methods.

Are the white shirts see-through?

No. Our fabric is thicker than many standard 100% polyester sublimation shirts and provides good coverage while still remaining soft and comfortable.

The way the pockets are designed in this hoodie is super unflattering and adds bulk to the stomach area. The colour is beautiful and the fabric is super soft, so if you're going for a baggy look, this would probably work well. If you want something more flattering/properly fitted, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
