Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the type of items we sell.

We inspect and record every item before shipping to ensure that there are no flaws. If the unfortunate circumstance does pop up, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order to assist.

In the event that we do honor a return, the item must be shipped within 2 days in a new as delivered condition. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Items that do not meet the return terms for new condition or are damaged may have value loss deductions applied to the refund. Items not shipped within the return window will not be accepted. Once the item is received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded. Postage paid will not be refunded.

All items are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS with a tracking number unless a different mail service is requested by the buyer. We want you to receive the item as soon as possible however after an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping is affected by many outside influences, especially COVID-19.

There has been many delays lately (especially around the holidays) If you are concern about your delivery, we will do our best to get information on your package. We recommend that you contact your shipping company with the tracking number if more help is needed.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address, lost in the mail or stolen from your property. A police report needs to be filed.

We can size rings upon request. Please reach out to us prior to purchasing for additional fees.

Delivery date varies depending on location and customs. Any VAT fees are the buyer responsibility.
