Glass Ruby Crystal Art Sculpture

This reimagined piece is distinctively elegant and reminds me of a romantic treasure box belonging to someone special.

Indeed, the deep honey color 1960’s candy dish has a ‘Diamond Princess Pattern’. The midcentury modern style base has soft rounded edges. Crowning the top is a midcentury modern citrine hand-blown orb which elevates a faceted ruby cut crystal.

Holding this piece in both hands, and with the weight of it, feels as if it is indeed a wonderful, enchanting treasure.

I try to select items free of major flaws or inconsistencies; however, all my pieces have various stages of wear and minor damage due to age and antiquity.

My pieces are intended for indoor placement, if however, you place one outdoors please realize adverse weather and cold winter elements can/will damage and break glass.
