Any damage claims will be handled on a case by case basis. If your furniture does arrive damaged, take photos right away and notify us. Partial compensation, full compensation or a replacement will be issued, depending on the circumstance. No compensation will be given without photos of damage.

REPLACEMENTS WILL ONLY BE MADE IF THE CUSTOMER NOTIFIES BARWOODSHOP WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEIR ORDER

Returns will only be accepted if the customer notifies Barwoodshop within 3 days after receiving their order, and ships return within 7 days of receiving their order. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom Orders can not be returned. Original Packaging required with returns, and product must be received in resellable condition.

IF A RETURN IS NOT SHIPPED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECIEPT, QUALIFIES ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER AS IS

We include drywall anchors and screws with all shelves. We strongly recommend installing items into at least one wall stud. If this is not possible, please consult a professional for your personal situation.
Our shelves are very well built and very strong. We do not have a tested weight limit on shelves, but if they are installed correctly by a professional, weight limit will not be a problem with ordinary household items and towels.
