POSTAGE:

All orders will be despatched same working day and send out at 5pm every working day.

Orders received from Friday (after 4pm) to Sunday will be send out on the following Monday at 5pm.

We are UK based seller. For buyers all around the world, orders will be delivered by local Post.



RETURNS:

If you need to return your items you must let us know by Etsy message within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for any reason provided that the items have not been used, are in the same condition as when we dispatched it. Returns for unwanted items, buyers will be liable for postage costs.

If you received damaged or faulty products, we will happily replace them for you. Please contact us via Etsy messages for advice on how to proceed.
