Measure your desired imaging area on your shirt or substrate, determine what measurements you want your transfer(s) to be...then simply select the sheet space size(s) that best fits your measurements.

ABOUT OUR SUBLIMATION TRANSFERS
We use Sublicolor Super Sport sublimation paper, and Epson Ultrachrome inks to ensure the best quality. (roll). Our paper is a thicker weight that holds more dye (ink) to yield a deeper, more vivid image that’s great for soft as well as hard substrates. Whether you are imaging shirts, pillows, mouse pads, ceramics tiles, mugs, aluminum panels, glass cutting boards or the 100's of other sublimation products & substrates ...our premium transfers are printed to provide stellar results.

*Final layout of all sheet sizes ordered will be gang printed on 44” roll paper. By default, transfers will be trimmed to shippable width, rolled and shipped in a shipping tube. On occasion, depending on transfer size and quantity, transfers may be trimmed down to ship in Priority envelopes (trimming to single transfer is not guaranteed or available for purchase)

**We do not print on individual sheet stock. We use commercial size printers only.


GRAPHIC FILE REQUIREMENTS

-Accepted file type(s): PDF, PNG, TIFF, JPG, EPS
-File Size / Resolution: 200 to 300 d.p.i
-Do not mirror / reverse your images. (We do that for you.)
*If imaging 'non-mirror' substrates (cutting boards, glass tile, etc), let us know

IMPORTANT
Your transfers will only turnout as good as the files you use. If you desire to use a low quality, blurry, internet-size graphics (72dpi or less) you will receive less than ideal transfers.

PLEASE READ BELOW THOROUGHLY

1. We are NOT a Graphic Design shop. We DO NOT design or produce graphics or artwork. Submitted files SHOULD BE "PRINT READY" (Do Not Mirror). Minor altering can be / may be provided for an additional graphic fee. However, contact us prior to ordering for graphic design availability. Refunds will not be honored due to ordering with the intention of receiving design creation.

2. Dye Sublimation DOESN'T have White ink and DOESN’T image on dark / black fabrics. Any white in your graphic will be void of color (no ink). *Shirt color will show in white areas of your graphic.

3. Dye Sublimation works with WHITE or LIGHT COLOR polyester fabrics or hard goods SPECIALLY COATED for dye sublimation technology. 100% poly will provide the best, most vivid, full color results. Poly blend fabrics are usable however the results will be a much lighter, more vintage look.

4. 100% cotton, hemp, wool, or natural fabrics WILL NOT image with Dye Sublimation. 🕱

5. NO IRON!! Sublimation transfers are not iron-on transfers! A heat press is required!

6. We do not charge extra for gang sheets (multiple files on the same sheet). Fill up your transfer area however you need - with the same images, different images or one large image. It is totally up to you!
***Please provide your own ganged/ grouped graphics. (If currently available) We can gang your files / provide minor graphic editing but graphic fees will apply. ~~ASK FIRST~~

7. Our turnaround time is just 1-3 business days!! Our default shipping is USPS Priority (normally 2-3 days transit for most US shipments). For extremely time critical orders, *RUSH Service as well as expedited shipping services are also available.

ALL TRANSFER ORDERS ARE FINAL ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SUBMITTED.

Gotta Love It! has no refund policy on custom sublimation transfers unless incorrect transfers have been shipped. If there is an issue with your transfers, please contact us ASAP….we will rectify any transfer printing issues caused by us (Gotta Love It!) ASAP. As with any printing process, if color match is required, test transfers / proofing services can be purchased to verify satisfaction of color(s).

It is your responsibility to make sure you are using the correct equipment, following the instructions we provide to you, and you also understand any user errors are your responsibility. We are unable to refund/reship transfers due to user error.
