When will I receive my order?

Order processing is 1-2 business days. After your order is made, shipping is generally 3-5 business days in length but due to Covid there may be unexpected delays with the USPS. Please contact me if you have any questions on a shipment. I can not promise that the USPS shipping schedule will be on time. Once the package leaves my hands and USPS takes it, it is no longer my responsibility if there are delays. I am not responsible for lost packages that are marked delivered. I will help you look for it and work with you to try and solve the problem.

Can I add a gift note?

We would be happy to add a personal note in your order package. Please write what you would like it to say in the Notes to Seller box upon ordering. Please review your order before purchasing and ensure the ship to address is correct when sending a gift.

How do I update a shipping address?

We understand that accidents happen. If you notice this before we ship your item please contact us immediately so that we can adjust it manually. If your order has already shipped: We can't alter the address or stop the shipment. If the item is returned to us by the Post Office we will alert you and offer you the opportunity to pay for re-shipping or to discard your item.
