To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, store it in a dry, low humidity place. An airtight container is ideal. Silica gel sachets or anti tarnish strips do a great job! It is advisable not to sleep or work out in your jewelry. Necklaces with more ornate designs should be hanged when stored to prevent tangling.

Most commonly offered necklace lengths (just keep in mind not everyone wears the same size, and measuring your neck is encouraged) 16” Choker or Bib: Against the base of the throat/neck 18": An 18" necklace falls right about at the collarbone and is the most popular chain length among women 20” - 24” Matinee: Somewhere along the neckline: from the collarbone to the top of the bust (depends on height, neck length, etc.) My default bracelet length is 7" Length adjustment requests are welcome! Just ask before purchasing just in case the request cannot be accommodated.

What if I need a size adjustment?

Sizes are listed but if you need an adjustment in order for it to fit, please contact me before your purchase. This mainly applies to chokers and bracelets. Not all pieces can be altered. Shortening something is rarely a problem though.

I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please send me a message if your order is damaged, with a picture if possible. I do not send replacements, but I do offer refunds when contacted directly via message.
