Our diamond and diamond star Deafmetal® "safety rings" were designed with retention in mind. This safety ring is adorned by a beautiful cubic zirconium diamond attached to a pure silver ring/cuff. EACH CUFF/RING IS SOLD AS A SINGLE UNIT AS SOME CUSTOMERS ONLY WEAR ONE HEARING DEVICE SO IF YOU WEAR TWO HEARING DEVICES, YOU WILL NEED TO ORDER TWO.

Our diamond safety ring was created to help hearing aid and CI wearers keep hearing aids from falling off the ear...active kids in sports activities (think gymnastics, recess time, etc) as well as adults with jobs where bending over causes the hearing aid or CI to fall off the ear - our safety rings keep hearing aids in place!

These safety rings were designed to be attached to our patented silicone holster *******(NOT INCLUDED-SOLD SEPARATELY)****** so you will need to go into our shop and choose holster color to go with your safety ring as they come in 11 colors! For ease, you can also add the holster to your order here in the lsting.

The safety ring simply loops/threads through our silicone holster (which this holster attaches to the behind the ear hearing device as shown)...then it attaches to the earlobe as shown. We have included a video of another safety ring to show how it works...just don't forget to add a holster to your order as well! All safety rings made of pure silver and then star is cubic zirconium as shown in picture!
