Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with instructions for downloading your pattern file. This email will be sent to the email address associated with your Etsy Account.

I can't find the email with the download link...

Pattern files can be accessed at any time via your Etsy account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to "Your account". 2. Go to "Purchases and reviews". 3. Next to the order, select "Download Files". This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Help! I can't download my pattern...

Can I sell dolls I make from your patterns?

Yes, you are welcome to sell your finished dolls, provided they are made by you and in limited quantities. A design/pattern credit to myself would be much appreciated, thank you. For example, Handmade by (you), Design by oche pots (ochepots.etsy.com).

Do you sell finished dolls?

Unfortunately I do not sell finished dolls at this time.

I thought I was purchasing a doll and not a crochet pattern. Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of digital files, patterns are non-refundable. However, if there is a problem with your order, please send me a message.
