Forest Gnomes are tremendously wise. They live integrated into nature and are great observers of it. This little Gnoma is a keeper of time. Each month he introduces a small ball in his rod to be able to observe the annual cycle.

This calendar is one of our original proposals to mark the cycle of the year in a simple and visual way.
The conception of time is something very abstract and diffuse for creatures. To do this, this proposal inspired by the bases of Waldorf pedagogy helps the creature to situate itself in the present moment by visualizing the concepts of time and the different external cycles that surround us to give it a bit of order.
If you have little space, your creatures have integrated the daily rhythm because they are older or you prefer a monthly rather than daily interaction, this calendar is ideal for you.

How to use it and security measures:
It contains 12 rainbow colored balls with the initial of each month to insert into a vertical wooden stick held by a Forest Gnome made of tumbled wool on a slice of tree trunk.
Although it is a simple material proposal, it can be accompanied by a nice family ritual to start the new month. Always having it in a visible place, we can observe how the year is drawn with the months and seasons.
