Are all your prints digital?

Yes, that is the case for now until further notice.

When we get the art, what is the best way to print it and where can I go get it done?

You can print it at Staples, Walgreens if you want to just upload it directly or you can print at any local print shop near you. I recommend using good quality matte paper.

I still haven’t gotten the files

Etsy will give you access to the files once the payment has been accepted. if you need help finding the files. Make sure you use the same email you purchased with. Click on your profile>>purchases and then download files. All the instructions are included.

I was wondering if there was anyway I could cancel my order before they are sent?

Once you purchase a digital product, you give up consumer rights to cancel a purchase under EU Law. So unfortunately, I will be unable to issue you a refund.

I'm having having issues with downloading my files?

I have included instructions on how to download for IPhone, Android, Mac and a Windows PC in your order.

Hi! I’ve never purchased a digital download before and was curious as to how it works. Thank you!!

Thanks for the interest in my shop! The digital prints come in multiple sizes (check description). Follow the instructions to download the files and you can upload them to any local print shop and have them deliver to you.

I wanted to ask if you do custom prints?

I charge £3.99 extra for customisation outside of size options. If you are ready to go ahead with this I will make a separate link for you to purchase. Thank you
