How will my order be shipped?

I ship all orders via Australia Post to ensure your personalized gifts arrive safely. Standard Shipping: All orders are sent via Standard Parcel Post. Express Shipping: If you’re in a hurry, you can select the Express Post upgrade at checkout. Tracking Included: Every order is sent with tracking. As soon as your gift is on its way, I will upload the tracking number to your Etsy dispatch notification so you can follow its journey.

Do you offer local pickup?

Unfortunately, I do not offer a pickup option for orders placed through Etsy. To ensure that both you and your purchase are fully covered by Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program, all orders must be sent with a valid tracking number. This provides peace of mind and proof of delivery for everyone involved! Need it fast? If you are located in the Sydney Metro area, I recommend choosing the Express Post upgrade at checkout. Once dispatched, Express items are generally delivered the next business day, making it the quickest and safest way to get your gift. We recommend the use of metallic gel pens for writing on the black pages, as the metallic ink provides a striking contrast against the dark background
