How long does production and delivery take?

Generally orders are completed anywhere from 1 day to 1 week, depending on each item (which can be found on the listings turnaround time). If you need an item by a certain date, please include the date in the "Notes to TheWoodShackGiftCo" when you checkout. This will allow me to ensure we have enough time for production and shipping estimates. Please feel free to message me if you need an item rushed so I can advise you on the most current and accurate turaround time. Please select the best shipping option for the estimates you need your item by.

What are the Shipping Estimates

There are several shipping options to choose at checkout. Orders are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. To the USA: -Tracked Package - generally takes 1-2 weeks in transit for delivery -Expedited - generally takes 4-5 business days in transit -Express - generally takes 1-2 days in transit To Canada: Expedited 2-13 days Express 3-5 days International: 1-6 weeks Orders going to the USA are shipped via UPS. UPS does not ship to PO boxes, so if you choose to ship to a PO Box, it will be shipped via Canada Post/USPS Orders within Canada are shipped either UPS or via Canada Post. If you have a certain date you need an item by, please feel free to message me regarding timelines.
