Custom and personalised orders

I have multiple styles and quantities of knobs available. If you want a variety of knobs or want a specific quantity not listed, please ask and I will prepare a custom order based on your needs.

Do I need anything extra to install these knobs?

All knobs come complete with the bolts, washers and nuts required for a complete installation. For some cast iron items, screws are not provided as weight loads, substrates, thicknesses, etc. are numerous and may require special fasteners.

Will the knobs be exactly the same?

These knobs are handmade which can result in slight variations in size or pattern. This is perfectly natural and helps enhance the character of the product.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped mid-day local time on Monday, Wednesday and Friday's (except local holidays). From the time you place your order, it will typically arrive at your door in 6 to 10 calendar days (US and Canada). Orders are shipped with full tracking information.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All products are shipped using recyclable and where possible, re-used materials. In instances where non-recyclable materials such as Styrofoam are used, it is being re-used from packages I have received. Otherwise, items will be protected using recyclable bubble wrap, wrapped in newspaper (or re-used packing paper) and shipped in cardboard boxes.

My item was received damaged, what should I do?

On very rare occasions there may be damage during shipping. I will replace these items, however the following conditions must be met before I send replacements: 1) Please send a picture of the damaged item(s) as well as a photo of the box, especially if it shows visible damage. 2) Hold onto the damaged items and box until instructed to discard them. This allows me to submit a claim and recover costs from the shipper.

What is your full returns policy?

I will gladly accept the return of items in their original condition for a full refund, please contact me prior to returning the items. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs and MUST send the items to the Halifax address on the packing slip. Items ARE NOT to be returned to the address on the postage label or they will incur a restocking fee as I must pay both a processing fee and postage fee to get the items back to me.
