What kind of warranty do you offer on your rings?

All of our rings come with a Lifetime Warranty. This covers anything that happens to your ring, with the exception of loss or theft. All rings come with a 60 day full money back guarantee (minus shipping costs). If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please notify us directly that you would like to return the ring for a refund and we will issue it as soon as we receive it back.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All non-engraved rings can be exchanged free of charge up to two times for a different size. If a ring needs to be shipped back for a return or an exchange, we do not provide a return shipping label. You will need to ship the ring back to us along with a tracking number. If your package gets lost or stolen and you do not have tracking information, we are not responsible and cannot replace your item. All engraved rings are permanent and final sale. We can exchange an engraved ring for a new one, with our $35 fee. If a ring needs to be returned for a full refund, the ring will need to be shipped back within 60 days and in perfect condition.

How can I find out my ring finger size if I am unsure?

If you are unsure of your ring size, we always recommend getting professionally sized at a local jewelry store or mall before placing an order. We do not provide or recommend any sizing tool online that can be done at home. These methods are incredibly inaccurate and will almost always be wrong and always too big. Since all of our rings are Comfort and Smooth fit, they run slightly large. If you have your ring size in standard sizing, we always recommend ordering at least a quarter size down.

What is Tungsten? Is it durable?

Tungsten Carbide is an extremely strong metal and all of our rings are scratch and dent resistant and extremely durable, over 10 times stronger than gold. When compared to other metals such as Titanium, Steel, Brass or Silver, Tungsten wins again. It will never rust, never corrode or change color. All of our rings are Genuine Tungsten Carbide, and none of them contain any real Yellow or Rose Gold, or Silver. All colored Tungsten rings are electronically plated to match the color of real gold. Our Tungsten rings are not indestructible. If hit hard enough, the rings will break, chip or crack. Some of our rings may also fade or wear over time since the colors are not natural, but this is very rare and we will replace the ring if this happens.

Are your rings hypoallergenic?

All of our rings are 100% Cobalt free, but do contain less than 1% of Nickel, which some people may have a slight allergic reaction to. If for any reason, you purchase a ring and find out you are allergic, we will issue a full refund.

I would love to have my ring engraved, do you offer that?

Yes. All of our rings have the option to be personalized with an engraving. All engravings are free of charge, however all engraved rings are final sale. An engraved ring can be exchanged for a new size with a small fee of $35. We highly recommend that if you are uncertain of your exact ring size, that you purchase the ring without an engraving first, then send back to have engraved any time after. If you purchase a ring without an engraving, there is no time limit on when you can send it back to be engraved for free. We unfortunately do not provide shipping back to our store.

How are your rings shipped? Will I receive a traditional ring box?

All of our rings are shipped inside felt pouch which is then placed inside of a sturdy and secure flat box along with a cleaning cloth. These are then placed inside of a bubble mailer and dropped off to the post office by hand.

When can I expect my order once placed?

Since all of our Tungsten products are made to order, please allow between 2-4 business days for your ring to be cast and shipped out. All standard shipping is Free within the United States. Once shipped, Etsy will send you a tracking number that you can track at www.usps.com. We do not have any more information than what the USPS website can give you. We are not responsible for any USPS delays and cannot guarantee shipping or delivery dates. We have no control over shipping times once it leaves our office. If there are delays or issues, we will work with you and contact USPS directly and see what went wrong. If a package is lost or still in transit after 2 weeks, we prepare a new ring for you.
