It is possible to personalize certain items with the desired name. Ask for it and I will create it for you. ASK FOR IT BEFORE ORDERING BY SENDING ME A MESSAGE. You can give me the name of your pet, the name of your lover or best friend or family member, etc. I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on these personalized items because they are made express for you. Gift wrapping, packaging, damaged item, carrier lost item

Every item is packed and shipped individually. Mug comes in excellent styrofoam packaging or in a cardboard box. It is very rare that it arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, you have two days after receiving it to notify us. You will need to send us a message and a photo of the damaged item with the original packaging. We could not add gift wrapping or gift message. If the item is lost by the carrier (carrier tracking system proof), we will send a replacement item.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Generally, orders are currently shipped within 2 to 8 business days depending on the type of item. It may take a little longer during peak periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, The average shipping time for: USA 3-8 business days (sometimes 10 days). USA Alaska 10-15 business days Canada is 10-15 business days The United Kingdom is 3-5 business days Australia and New Zealand is 3-8 business days Japon is 2-4 weeks Please note delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
