The measurements in the listings are of the garment itself and NOT the size of the person that will fit the garment. Your measurements should be smaller than these to ensure a good fit and how much smaller depends on the desired fit. Vintage sizes ALWAYS run small. Familiarise yourself with your measurements and compare with the sizes in the listing. Always leave some wiggle room between your size and the garment size. A good tip is to measure a similar item you already own for comparison.

We always recommend gentle hand washing for most vintage items. Vintage seams and fabrics are delicate and won’t always stand up to a washing machine cycle. Use a gentle silk and wool detergent or baby shampoo with medium temperature water. Dry naturally over a bath, or a radiator with a towel underneath for protection.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We wrap your treasures well, so as to survive the journey and look beautiful. Recycled packing is used along side new. If you’d like something a little more special-looking then free gift wrap is available, just send us a message with your order.

When will I receive my order?

Processing your order can take up to two working days. After that the time scales are as follows: U.K: up to 1 working week. EU: 1-2 working weeks. U.S.A and Canada and rest of the world: between 2-4weeks. These time scales might vary depending on weather, holidays, strike action or more often delays in customs. Your parcel can be tracked using the Royal Mail website and will usually need to be signed for on delivery. Please get in touch if your parcel hasn’t arrived.
