Should the flower petals for the keepsake jewelry be fresh or dry?

I can work with both fresh and dry petals! You are more than welcome to send them to me fresh and I will preserve them for you.

How do I send my inclusions?

After placing your order, I will send you detailed instructions and my address for mailing. Please follow USPS policies when shipping. Reminders will be mailed if I do not receive your inclusions within 8 weeks of ordering.

Production time is 6-8 weeks from when I receive each customers inclusions (max 10 weeks during holiday seasons). Please note that I am not responsible for shipping issues or custom/tax fees for international orders.

I recommend running by a local jeweler or purchasing the ring sizer on our shop to confirm your size if needed. All ring size change request must be made within 24 hours of placing the order, as each item is made to order. A resizing fee may apply if ring size change is requested after 24 hours.

Let me start by saying it is hard to entrust something like your deceased's ashes to anyone. When I lost my cat in February I began the search for someone who understood the weight of this and would be kind in such a difficult time. Cam - the woman behind Petals and Keepsakes GETS IT! After I read her story of why and how she began cremation jewelry I was sold. I cannot begin to express how much my sweet boy meant to me.
