This sword is formed with melting of blade and blade is formed with hammer strokes used for the purpose of blade, edges are blunt but easily sharpeable , as we have to comply with indian legal formalities, hilt and blade are oxy-welded together and in addition to provide extra strength , m-seal (In indian language - laakh) is provided to gather extra force and strength,
this sword can be used for worshipping purpose and religious purpose as hands involved in its making are clean and tidy and for this purpose, we have taken precautions at every step in making and forging of sword.

The khanda is a double-edge straight sword originating from the Indian subcontinent. It is often featured in religious iconography, theatre and art depicting the ancient history of India. It is a common weapon in Indian martial arts.[1] Khanda often appears in Sikh, Jain, Buddhist and Hindu scriptures and art. It is one of the most heaviest swords. Guru Gobind Singh Ji have use it to give birth to khalsa.
