Do you accept returns on personalised items?

Items produced in a personalised or customised form based on the buyer’s order details, including engraving, resizing or made-to-order specifications, are considered personalised items. Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless: - a confirmed manufacturing defect is identified upon inspection, - the item was incorrectly made and does not match the order details, - the item is not as described, or - a return is required under applicable law. Subjective reasons such as personal preference, expectations, fit, thickness, engraving visibility, size impression or change of mind are not considered manufacturing defects. Items that are not personalised remain eligible for return under our standard returns policy.

What is considered a manufacturing defect?

A manufacturing defect refers to a structural or workmanship fault arising from the production process and confirmed upon inspection. This does not include: - minor variations due to hand-finishing - natural characteristics of sterling silver - small polishing marks - normal wear - tarnishing caused by storage, moisture, chemicals or use - subjective dissatisfaction All defect-related claims require the item to be returned for inspection.

What is your return policy for non-personalised items?

Non-personalised items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned unused, unworn and in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a confirmed manufacturing defect, order error or not-as-described issue is identified. Please contact us before returning any item so we can confirm the return process.

Why might the item look slightly different from the photos?

All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to hand-finishing processes. Product photography may appear larger or smaller depending on screen resolution, lighting, close-up photography and viewing scale. Please review all listed measurements carefully before placing your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may request a cancellation or personalisation change within 1 hour of purchase. Orders may enter production or be prepared for dispatch shortly after ordering. Requests made within 1 hour cannot be guaranteed once production or dispatch has started. After production begins, cancellations or personalisation changes cannot be made. Important: Please check all engraving details carefully before placing your order. Personalisation is engraved exactly as submitted and is not proofread, corrected or changed by us unless agreed in writing before production begins.

Do you offer a guarantee?

All items carry a 30-day workmanship guarantee covering confirmed manufacturing defects under normal wear with proof of purchase. This guarantee does not extend or replace any statutory return rights that may apply to non-personalised items. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, chemical exposure, normal wear, tarnishing, improper storage or external repair is not covered.

What should I do if I receive an unexpected customs or import payment request?

If you receive an unexpected customs, import duty, tax or carrier payment request before delivery, please contact us before making payment so we can review the shipment details. Please include your order number and a screenshot or photo of the payment request. If a payment is made without contacting us first, we may not be able to verify or recover the charge afterwards.

What happens if I refuse to pay customs or import charges?

If a parcel is refused because of unpaid customs charges, import fees, local taxes or carrier handling fees, it may be returned to us. If the parcel is returned, we will review the order once it has been received back. Original postage costs, return postage costs, customs charges, carrier fees and any non-refundable import charges may be deducted from any refund where applicable. Personalised, engraved or made-to-order items may not be eligible for refund unless they are faulty, incorrectly made or not as described.

How should I care for my jewellery?

All products are made from 925 sterling silver. Proper storage and care will help reduce tarnishing and keep your jewellery looking its best. Avoid moisture, perfume, lotions, cleaning chemicals, swimming pools and prolonged exposure to air when not in use.
