We do not provide gift wrapping and gift boxes for our products. It is more important for us to provide safe packaging that during international transportation products do not damage and come to our customers in perfect condition and to provide the lowest shipping cost.

Of course, if you need gift wrapping, we are opened for discussion.

All orders comes with tracking number. It will be sent to your email by Etsy. Please follow this tracking information and receive the order on time.

Some countries do not provide tracked package or it might be not fully tracked (Australia and UK). We will be very grateful if you let us know that you receive your package and all it's ok.

We ship orders with no insurance . If you want your mail to be ensure, please contact us.

Estimated delivery time is shown above. I can not guarantee any delivery terms, it depends on post service. If you have problem with your order (example: order was lost or came broken during transportation), please let us know as soon as possible.

Order is considered as lost, if customer didn't get it at the expiration of 30 days from the date of sending the order for Europe and 40 days from the date of sending the order for USA, AUSTRALIA, JAPAN, atd.

If order was broken during transportation, take a photo and send to us via Conversations. We resend new item or refund.

It’s amazing what 3D printer can produce. It is fantastic experience for engineers and designers, sometimes very hard but we love it so much!

Mainly, 3D printed is focused on making unique objects in limited edition and can not be mass production. Fabrication of each item takes for a while, sometimes days.
